Curb appeal is your only chance to make a strong first impression on buyers before they enter your home. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers create their first opinion of your house and how you keep up your house's regular maintenance. Understanding this assists us in determining what actions we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your house. Does your house seem to say, "This is Your New Home" to a buyer? Looking through your property from a buyer's perspective, I'll advise you of arrangements that enhance sales appeal. I'll suggest that you put in storage anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Table and counter tops should be neatly arranged. Brick-a-brack, sentimental items, family photos, and kids' drawings should get stored away too. I can help you de-clutter your house. Unattractive or messy spaces make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time picturing themselves living there.

I know instantly what a room's best features are and how to highlight them. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when to open your home up to buyers, because all of the changes come together to paint a picture of what buyers can look forward to when they consider buying your house. Dark rooms can be a real mood killer, so we'll do things like open curtains and change light bulbs where needed to welcome the buyer. Together we'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music playing lightly and assure a pleasant scent flows room-to-room.
